Analysis of Utilitarianism in America's Foreign Policies

Abstract: Since the Wilson time, it has become a tradition for America to hold the banner of humanism in foreign policies. However,
as a matter of fact, America is a country that attaches great importance to utility, and its foreign policies are all for its national interests.
From the founding of the country to the present day, America's foreign policies have always been rooted in its own interests. Its acts
during the Cold War impressed us with its interest-based diplomacy, and in the two gulf wars, this diplomacy was on full display.
